The SPEIZ (Pantry) Restaurant: a real treat for anyone looking for a bit cozy but elegant, Hungarian based, but also international dining. Enjoy eating at comfortable, large wooden tables while the savoring old, traditional flavors of Hungary, with a touch of 21st Century haute cuisine.

Whether simply stopping by for lunch with friends or having a special family dinner around the eatery's huge wooden table, guests are enveloped in a giant atmosphere belying the contemporary kitchen's haute -cuisine fair. Along with high-caliber regional wines, the menu offers artfully crafted repasts utilizing top- notch seasonal ingredients.

The menu may feature continental dishes such as lamb carpaccio with aubergine relish or Argentine steak- an ode to chef Zoltán Feke's time in Argentina- but there is more, than enough Magyar elements at SPEIZ (Pantry)to keep it grounded in traditional cuisine. The goulash soup is superb, and there's nothing like full- on assault of breaded and fried meat dishes served on a cutting board.
